Ssanyu Birigwa '95

 Drawing from 25 years of leadership across corporate finance, technology, and healthcare, combined with her role as Adjunct Professor in Columbia University's M.S. in Narrative Medicine program and Lecturer of Spirituality and Healthcare at Columbia University Medical School, she brings a unique synthesis of indigenous wisdom traditions and evidence-based organizational science.

Her work addresses the root causes of institutional dysfunction—the disconnection between mission and practice that undermines stakeholder trust and sustainable performance. As an indigenous bone healer, she applies diagnostic frameworks that identify where organizational "fractures" occur and designs healing protocols that restore institutional integrity.
