We Are CSW
Ask anyone why they choose to stay at CSW, and they will tell you it's the people. This is a place where every member of our team — faculty and staff alike — is passionate about education and nuturing the next generation of leaders.
With a typical load of just two classes per mod and fewer than 30 students at a time, teaching faculty have the space to innovate, challenge themselves, and go deep. In recent years, faculty have designed courses like "Jailhouse Nation: A History of Crime and Incarceration in the U.S.," "Fashion & Textiles: Design Solutions in a Circular World," and "Biology of Cancer," showcasing the depth, relevance, and interdisciplinary thinking that thrives here.
Our staff keep the place running, sharing a wealth of expertise and bringing our progressive mission to life with compassion, intention, and purpose.

CSW is located on a wooded, 65-acre campus just 12 miles from Boston and Cambridge, in close proximity to scenic walking trails and excellent local restaurants and shops. We are approximately one mile from the Kendal Green MBTA station. -
