For the safety of all community members, please be reminded that all morning drop-offs must take place in the Lowers, by the Health and Fitness Center.
No students should be dropped off by the Kluchman Building or Upper lots.
Alison Safford's Junk Kouture D Block (which uses recycled materials to make fashion) is looking for old t-shirts (the more falling apart the better) and any clean (but not new) plastic bags. Shopping and dry cleaning bags are ideal. Materials may be dropped off in the Art Building.
Mid-module Reports will be available on Saturday, February 14, in myCSW. Mid-module Reports are communications of concern from a teacher to a student, a student's family, and a student's advisor. Mid-module Reports are written to provide students with an opportunity to address concerns, including, but not limited to, attendance, participation, missing work, and the quality of their work not meeting expectations. Students are expected to respond to Mid-module Reports by meeting directly with teachers to clarify any concerns and to develop a plan for addressing those concerns over the remaining weeks of the module. Only students who are not meeting expectations will receive a Mid-module report, so please note that not all students will receive a report.
Teachers will open grade books in myCSW for you to see your student's progress thus far this mod.
If your student received a Mid-module report, we highly encourage them to attend open office hours to meet with the teacher of the class.
Any student wishing to request a course change for Mod 5 should email Academics@csw.org and their advisor no later than Friday, February 13.
Any student granted a course change is encouraged to order books for the new class as soon as possible, so you'll have them in time for the next mod. The Book List is available on the All Things Academic Tile in myCSW.
The CSW College Counseling office is happy to provide junior students the opportunity to take a practice ACT or digital SAT virtually through Revolution Prep, our standardized testing preparation partner.
This is an at-home exam with options to test independently or as part of a national mock test date. National mock tests are offered on Saturdays at both 9:00 am and 12:00 pm; independent testing can be done at any time. Once complete, students will receive a thorough diagnostic report to help them interpret and analyze the results.
Families interested in pursuing this opportunity should visit the landing page to see all available options for at-home independent and national mock testing. All practice tests are free, and families do not need to utilize Revolution Prep's test preparation services to access the tests.
Students or families with questions about testing should contact Randy Jose from the College Counseling office or David Zimbalist from Revolution Prep.
Come learn about the nuances of the college process for international students and how CSW College Counseling supports international students. Topics will include an overview of our program, financial aid, certificates of finances, visas, TOEFL, and more. This program is geared toward junior parents with students who are actively in the application process. If you'd like to submit a question in advance, please email Sarah Morales directly.
This Zoom event will be presented in English. Live closed captioned translation will be available for this presentation on Zoom.
If you’d like to receive a recording of the presentation in another language, we’d be happy to provide one. Just fill out this short Google form. We’re currently piloting a new program that can automatically create dubbed and captioned recordings in the language you prefer.
This past Sunday, February 1, four CSW students joined nearly 200 students and chaperones from 18 schools for the International Student Conference 2026 at Middlesex. The day was filled with meaningful dialogue, connection, and shared learning across communities. We’re proud of our students for showing up with curiosity and openness. We hope they returned with joy, hope, and connections that will stay with them beyond the conference.

Each year, students in Alison Safford’s “Wearable Art” class spend a mod conceptualizing, crafting, and sewing original garments to be modeled and showcased at the school’s annual Wearable Art Fashion Show.
On December 18, 2025, CSW officially opened the doors to its newly renovated East Quad Center, a mainstay of campus that dates back to the 1930s. The space, which has over the years housed a gymnasium, theater, and classrooms, will now serve as a hub for mathematics, computer science, and robotics.
