The Admissions Office is coordinating a "Congratulations & Wayfinder" parent-to-parent outreach to newly admitted families. CSW parents who take part in this feel-good yield effort will receive names of admitted families to call or email to offer them congratulations, invite them to events, and answer questions about (your own!) CSW (experience) as these families weigh options for their next school.
Interested? Please fill out this form so we'll know!
For the safety of all community members, please be reminded that all morning drop-offs must take place in the Lowers, by the Health and Fitness Center.
No students should be dropped off by the Kluchman Building or Upper lots.
A core value of CSW, exemplified by the PACE program, is community engagement. The Community Leadership program seeks to have juniors and, if they wish, seniors manifest this value by participating in a significant way in the life of the school. Students will be engaged in critical areas of the broader school community by serving as leadership ambassadors in academic and nonacademic departments.
Rising 11th graders will be attending the Ambassador Job Fair on Wednesday, April 8, in the FIT.

Module 4 grades and comments will be available on MyCSW on Saturday, March 28. Directions for accessing comments and grades can be found on the MyCSW Resource Page under the All Things Academic Tile.
Expectations for Students:
Students are expected to read the comments carefully and to speak directly with their teachers if they have clarifying questions or questions about how to implement the feedback. Students’ advisors also read the comments and can provide students with support in processing comments and any follow-up communication with the teacher.
Expectations for Families:
Families should read the comments to be aware of the feedback from the teacher and to play a supporting role by encouraging students to work directly with their teachers and/or advisors to ensure they understand their performance in the class and the feedback being offered by their teachers.

The CSW College Counseling office is happy to provide junior students the opportunity to take a practice ACT or digital SAT virtually through Revolution Prep, our standardized testing preparation partner.
This is an at-home exam with options to test independently or as part of a national mock test date. National mock tests are offered on Saturdays at both 9:00 am and 12:00 pm; independent testing can be done at any time. Once complete, students will receive a thorough diagnostic report to help them interpret and analyze the results.
Families interested in pursuing this opportunity should visit the landing page to see all available options for at-home independent and national mock testing. All practice tests are free, and families do not need to utilize Revolution Prep's test preparation services to access the tests.
Students or families with questions about testing should contact Randy Jose from the College Counseling office or David Zimbalist from Revolution Prep.
The spring wilderness trip will take place over the coming mod break from Thursday, April 30 to Sunday, May 3.
The trip is a three-day, two-night sea kayaking and camping trip on the coast of Maine. Groups will be paddling between islands in Casco Bay and camping on different islands for the two nights of the trip. No experience with sea kayaking or camping is required and we can provide all of the necessary clothing and equipment to participate.Space is limited to sixteen students (eight students per group), pending review from the Dean’s Office and Health Team. Students who signed up for the Winter Trip and have not yet participated in a Wilderness Trip this year are given priority registration, and remaining spots are first-come first-served. Groups will be assigned after registration is complete, and are not dependent on signup order. Participants also receive 1/2 an athletic credit upon successful completion of the trip. These trips are a fantastic way to experience the beauty of the coastal ocean and island environment and to connect with other students! They're a fun, physically engaging, community building way to spend your mod break.
The cost of the trip will be $250, and will be billed to families on completion of the trip. Financial Aid is available for students receiving aid through the school. Please reach out to Lisa Palmero (lpalmero@csw.org) with any questions about financial aid for wilderness trips.
Registration will open on the CSW website on Tuesday, March 31 at 12:15 p.m.
